Week 6 Part B: Creating and Scheduling FaceBook Posts

For this weeks assignment, I created and scheduled three FaceBook posts. I wanted to create three different types of posts that would attract my clients and candidates. When I see FaceBook posts, I like to see images and quotes as well as interesting articles to read and think about, so this is what I did with FINTAL Recruitment Facebook page.

On Tuesday the 5th October, I scheduled an interesting image with a quote which states ' In recruiting there is no good or bad experiences - just learning experiences'. I love this quote as I believe every hire for an employer or employee is a learning experience. I think this provides a thoughtful insight into the world of recruitment and it allows candidates and clients to acknowledge that every hire will be a different process for different reasons and that's ok.

The second post I scheduled is a article from Forbes. Forbes is an American business magazine owned by Integrated Whale Media Investments and the Forbes family. Published eight times a year, it features original articles on finance, industry, investing, and marketing topics. Their advice and insights are highly regarded by professionals all around the globe. In this piece, they have acknowledged that, like many industries, the recruiting world had changed dramatically. This article provides great advice on how to successfully recruit in 2021, which I feel is a great read to my candidates and clients.

The third FaceBook post is another interesting article which touches upon the 'Remote working' situation many of us find ourselves in since the COVID 19 pandemic. The pandemic changed the world we live in for many reasons, but remote working became a necessity to survive. As the world moves back to some sort of normality, this article explains how and why employers are fearing the fully remote work environment. Many people have different opinions but it is interesting to read about some of the viewpoints and the reasoning behind those views.

I feel all of my scheduled posts are relevant to my business and the posts will engage my audience in one way or another.

The Facebook pages i commented on are below (Not everyone from my group had any posts to comment on):
