Week 13 Part B: Developing Online Advertising


This week I created 3 social media ads to advertise FINTAL Recruitment. 

The first ad is quite basic, as i wanted to put my brand/logo out there for one of them. I want people to read our description and be clear about what it is we do. Sometimes, with busy pictures and unclear headings, customers may not quite understand what services are being offered. I believe that this post is straight to the point and clear and concise. Accounting professionals also like clean messages and due to them being in a logical and mathematical profession, I wanted to make sure I appealed to the right audience. My objective in this post would be for people to click on our profile and discover more, click to our Instagram, 
                                                                                                      or on LinkedIn, and eventually even our website. 


My second ad was similar but with a different image. I wanted to include my logo and brand colour scheme, but also images of people and professionals which would encourage my target audience to reach out and learn more. I wanted this advert to be slightly more personal and show that our job is to work with individuals, whether that be on the client side or candidate side. My Objective with this ad would be for clients or candidates to reach out if they are looking for a new role or looking for financial talent to add to their business. Adding the 'send message' button allows people to enquire and discuss in more detail what they might be looking for and how we could help. 






My third add was to have something slightly more eye catching. Our name in the title allows people to see what we do as a business, but the message attracts people that are looking for their next opportunity or dream job. The font is more exciting and clear and straight to the point. Again, the objective and the message button allows candidates or clients to get in touch. With my business, we really want them to get in touch as soon as possible. This is so we can understand what they are looking for and provide insightful advice as to what the next steps might be and how much our services may cost. My whole business will be built on the relationships i have with the clients and candidates and so being able to speak with them and discuss their needs will help develop relationships.
